Default Reduced fares for infants?

I forget - which are the cruise lines that charge you less than regular 3rd and 4th passenger fares for little kids?

Default Norwegian Cruiselines

NCL do not charge for kids under 2. You do have to pay port charges and taxes. But that can change any minute now with the gas prices so high. Princess' 3rd and 4th passenger rates are generally 1/2 of the price of the 1st and 2nd passengers. Personally, I prefer Princess because of the self-service laundry and free baby food (if you have kids that age). Princess also allow kids under 3 to play in the kids club if the child's parent stays with the child. The ball pit was so much fun for the kids. As far as I know, this is the only cruiseline that let kids under 3 to play in the kids' zone.

03/28/14 Ruby Princess to Pacific Coastal
06/24/12 Star Princess to Alaska
12/19/09 Sapphire Princess to Mexican Riviera
12/29/07 Golden Princess to Mexican Riviera
07/01/07 Celebrity Infinity to Alaska
10/22/05 Sapphire Princess to Mexican Riviera
01/23/05 Star Princess to Eastern Caribbean
08/28/04 Diamond Princess to Alaska
09/27/03 Star Princess to Mexican Riviera

We just booked a Disney cruise and only had to pay taxes for our son who is 2. I think it's 3 and under for that. The taxes came to $135 tho...
