how to organize birthday gift for friends without beeing on the ship
Hi there,
our best friends are going on a cruise in March an both celebrate their birthdays while onbord. We would like to arrange room decoration and something else. I organized already their booking number (hard enough) but how can I now go on? I have just found an email for reservation and one for Crown&anchor issues....
Do you think I can just write them and they will forward it? Or has someone a better contact email for me?
Thanks a lot in advance
Greetings from Munich

I don't know if you have the same access to Royal's website that we do. If you try to access the website ( www.royalcaribbean.com), do you see link towards the bottom of the page called "Pre-cruise Planner"? If so, then you should be able to order room decorations, cakes, etc. These are under the "Gifts & Gear" section, and "Celebrations".
