how to organize birthday gift for friends without beeing on the ship

Hi there,

our best friends are going on a cruise in March an both celebrate their birthdays while onbord. We would like to arrange room decoration and something else. I organized already their booking number (hard enough) but how can I now go on? I have just found an email for reservation and one for Crown&anchor issues....

Do you think I can just write them and they will forward it? Or has someone a better contact email for me?

I don't know if you have the same access to Royal's website that we do. If you try to access the website (www.royalcaribbean.com), do you see link towards the bottom of the page called "Pre-cruise Planner"? If so, then you should be able to order room decorations, cakes, etc. These are under the "Gifts & Gear" section, and "Celebrations".

Yes we do have the same access, wouldn´t have thougt, it could be so easy .
