ireland Guinness brewery

I am cruising on a Princess ship. I know they provide a shuttle from the Dublin port but where do they drop you off? Is it anywhere near the Guinness brewery? If not how hard would it be to take A taxi from to the brewery? Costs approximately?

Shuttle buses drop passengers off in Dublin city centre, probably at Trinity College. From there it is a twenty minute walk to the Guinness Storehouse, or a five minute journey on the number 123 bus. The bus fare is €1.95 or €2.05. A taxi would cost €10/12. There is a taxi rank in College Green, opposite the main entrance to Trinity College and the number 123 bus also goes from there.

Thanks, that is exactly what I wanted.

we shared a taxi from the dock to Trinity College to beat the crowd...lines get very long...then we took the hop on hop off bus that stopped at Guiness and we also rode it to see other sites...

The best way to see Dublin and the Guiness Brewery is to take the HoHo bus.

That is also a great idea. I have been told taking the HoHO bus is a good deal. I will also take it in London too.

We used the HoHo bus to visit the Brewery. There was plenty of time after going to the brewery to continue the trip on the HoHo bus and see lots of the other sights in Dublin.

What does Princess charge for the shuttle?
