transportation from airport to old quebec city

We are cruising Canada/New England leaving from Quebec City in October. We will be flying in early to spend a few days in Old Quebec City. I am looking for information on transportation from airport to hotel in Old Quebec City. It looks like taxis have a flat rate for that trip. I was also looking to see if they had something similar to supershuttle. there will be 3 of us so about 5 pieces of luggage. Any info or advice

You're correct about cabs being fixed rate - there aren't any shuttle-type services because of the short distance to downtown and thus cheap transit, taxi etc. With Uber allowed there's even less likelihood of someone being able to make money on a shuttle.
