Car rental on Kauai

We are going to Hawaii on the Pride of Aloha May 1. We want to rent a car on Kauai and would like to know if all of the rental agencies there have shuttles from the pier to the rental places? Mainly are thinking about using Budget.

There were several to choose from at the pier...not positive about Budget though. It's about a 5 minute drive to the airport and as usual all the companies were located side by side. They do have a nice parking area if you keep the car overnight.

As well as I can recall from our December '04 trip, all of the rental car companies sent shuttles, with the exception of Avis. I would avoid Alamo if possible, mainly because it was the most popular and therefore had the most people trying to cram into the shuttle and the longest line at the check in desk.
