Grand Turk wifi

For those interested and don't already know... Wifi can be found in Grand Turk at a place called "Froots" smoothie shop. I walked around with my iPhone looking for a place so I could message my kids. Wasn't crowded either so may not be a well known thing.

White Sands resort also has free WiFi, we had lunch and posted to facebook while waiting for our food. The view was great.

Where is this Froots located, we had just planned on staying at Margaritaville is it close to there?

Go into the shopping area from the pier and turn right like you're headed to the little Space Capsule display. Froots is on the left as you head that way. Very easy to spot

Yes but tiny. There are just a few tables. Hopefully you will be the only ship in port.

People complain about it on this board, but what do you expect, with hundreds of drunks all trying to send jealous-making selfies back to their friends or to Facebook at the same time.

If you have to connect for work (which I did on one trip), get off the ship early and grab a table, have coffee (or a bloody mary) and you will have plenty of speed and connection.

Later in the day when the party gets going, not so much.

I've seen crew sitting on the benches using their devices in the shopping area at Margarittaville. I don't know how strong the signal but I think that whole general area has WiFi.

Noticed the same as Sail ... with so many using their various devices there they must have had free WiFi.
