Default Samana, Buggies fun adventure.

Has anyone done this. How strict are they about having a driver license. Do you think a learners permit would suffice?

Any insights would be appreciated.

I would think they are pretty strict for insurance reasons. Unqualified drivers may not be covered by their insurance. They can of course go as a passenger instead.
