I'm booked on the Constellation for a cruise late in 2013, well after the April 2013 dry dock. I'm concerned about comments that the ship has significant deferred maintenance. I know that a number of cabins will be converted into Aqua Class cabins and verandas are to be installed in the Sky Suites. It is reasonable to expect that the dry dock will also include sprucing up of the ship in general? repairs to chipped counters and floors in bathrooms? replacement of worn deck furniture? replacement of worn mattresses, bed linens and the like? etc., etc.

We have always had a veranda in a Sky Suite. It is the Celebrity suites which are having verandas added to bring the Connie into line with the other ships in her class,at least I hope so as we are on a cruise in May and have booked a Celebrity suite for that very reasom
