NCL Dawn: What to get at specialty restaurants?

We are sailing the NCL Dawn in a few weeks and are booked different specialty restaurants. I am not expecting any of the food on a mainstream ship to be superb or "the best I've ever had;" however, with so many options, I would love recommendations for what to order from those who have experience -- especially for entree recommendations as we only get to try one entree per meal!

These are the specialty restaurant options on the Dawn:

- Cagney's Steakhouse

- Le Bistro

- Teppanyaki

- Moderno

- La Cucina

What would you order?

What you order will depend on what you have a taste for that night! I'd hate to tell you to order, say, scallops, if you don't like them!!!

Well, the problem is that I have looked at the sample menus and it ALL looks good, but I only get to eat there once and choose one entree, so I was looking for suggestions to help me narrow down my options and make the decision easier. I would happily try it all if I could! :)
