Can I upgrade if I booked with NextCruise?

We booked a deluxe balcony stateroom with the Nextcruise office this past August. We took the onboard credit for the current sailing and obviously used it. Now, the Superior balcony cabins are a few dollars cheaper. We would like to upgrade to this cabin (still well outside last payment), but I am wondering if this is allowed or if we would lose our deposit? Any insight is appreciated before I call to attempt to make the change.

I'd actually be giving them less money, as the next balcony cabin up is a bit cheaper.

Sorry! I thought that was a third party website. (there are sooo many and I misread). :o:o:o

You should be able to do that as long as the pricing is not due to a "new bookings only" sale. In that case you still can, its just more complicated - you would need to transfer your booking to another cruise, then call back and transfer it back to the original sailing.

Since you're transferring to a higher category there should be no penalty.
