Schuttle or bus from Delaware to New York

From Wilmington, DE to NYC (Manhattan) - the easiest & frugal way is to pack light (1 checked suitcase, 2 is allowed free) plus a backpack/softside (easiest fit into small & "tight" overhead bin or underseat floor space in front of your legs) on a Greyhound bus, with scheduled services ... about 2.5 hours, one-way fare is typically about $25 or less purchased online. There are other "discount" bus carriers - Google is your friend.

Assuming that it's Manhattan Cruise Terminal, but your profile indicating sailing Royal Caribbean, theirs being at Cape Liberty. MCT is about 1 mile, walkable from the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal - otherwise, it's a short 10 minutes taxi ride away about $10 to $15 including a 20% tip (on busy port days, there might be extra heavy traffic around the access routes to the pier terminal)

Check with your cruiseline about any bus transfer programs at a nearby pickup location in DE - arriving direct at the bus bays on the street level of the terminal ...
