Expect average age of NCL cruisers to rise

Seems Princess was fined $40,000,000 for systematically polluting the Seas for many years. Many on the thread on the Princess board claim they have cancelled, will never sail with them again. Other places online people are claiming all cruise lines do it, they will never cruise. In the short run this could result in much better last minute deals. The ship that got caught originally is flagged in Bahamas and did the dumping off the coast of UK, was fined in the USA. Supposedly a few million$ are going to Florida for environmental purposes

I was just a kid when I started cruising, but I remember watching them throw the bags of garbage off the back of the ship (legally)!

Those who say they will never sail with them again, its just hot air. If the price is right they will still sail with Princess.

Good. Maybe my Princess cruise for next year will go down. Would not book ncl. Food much better on Princess and prefer smaller ships. Dont care about the fine

We did the same in the Navy as long as we were far enough from shore.
