Aqua Spa on Mercury

Hi,

This will be my first cruise, and I'm going to Alaska on the Mercury in June. I was wondering about the spa services offered. Is it worth the price? Are there any special spa treatments you would recommend? Do you tip at the time of service? Anything else that comes to mind?

I really enjoyed the Thalassotherapy pool on Mercury. You can buy day sessions or for cheaper by a pass for the whole cruise. If you are in a suite, you get free access to the T-Pool. Wear an old bathing costume as the water fades them.

Someone said to me that the Hot Rock massage was great too.
