11-05-15 Thursday Weigh In - How Are YOU Preparing For The Holidays?!?

Just wanted to kick this off - gotta head out for work early and pretty sure Belle is cruisin'!

Down 1 to 178 after a brisk 11 miler at 4AM this morning.

Down 5 lbs due to a stomach bug,

it´s not the nicest way to reduce weight but it was amazing to see the scale drop under 78kg where it seemed to be stuck for ages.

Hope to be able to eat normally again in the next few days.

No exercises due to the bug...

Sooooo quiet...

Must mean everybody is out and about and enjoying the world!

Saturday morning I helped the high school set up for the state marching band competition. In 3 hours I managed to walk 6 miles and climb the bleachers I don't know how many times. (Kids did fantastic - haven't heard if they made it to the championship round yet)

After some antiquing in the afternoon me and the missus rewarded ourselves by hitting The Angry Crab Shack and feasting on cajun shrimp and King crab legs...it's one of those "eat with your hands and wear your bib" kinda places. Healthy and delicious! This is the aftermath [emoji1]

This morning was up early again and got a good ride in - a place with some actual hills.

I believe I shall hit the cigar bar this afternoon and indulge a bit since the missus has to work tonight.

Enjoy your weekend and keep up the fight. Even little changes can lead to big things, so just do what you can, don't stop enjoying life, and smile a little!
