Best way to get from port to the Marriott Surf Club?

thinking of the Black Pearl that leaves near the Surf Club at 4PM. Taxi? Bus system? help ;-)

Best is subjective, but I'd just take a cab.

Should there be traffic in the downtown area, I would allow yourself a good 20 minutes.

Taxi fare is $11 each way for up to a maximum of 5 people per taxi. There is an additional $3 charge each way for Sundays and National Holidays.

I was looking at excursions, has anyone been to the caves in Aruba? It really looks interesting. I am going to Google them and get more info. Mary

Depalm tours in Aruba rents out several handicapped buses, but there are no handi-accessible taxi's as such.

You could also ask Depalm for a van sized taxi, and request a driver who is fit enough to assist with the scooter.

DO inquire with De Palm beforehand. Someone asked this question on another forum last week and De Palm told them "no".

loved the Black Pearl. taxi the way to go, about 15 min. drive from port.
