Great Santa Barbara restaurant please!

Going on a Princess West Coast cruise this thursday.

We'll be in Santa Barbara on Friday 7am-6pm.

We have a 3-hr Montecito Stars/History tour booked.

Looking for a cool (maybe cliffside/stunning location) restaurant to hang out at during our free time! Or any other must-sees???

Also, Is it easy to take uber or something from the pier to somewhere?

Neither near the pier nor water, but we love ... Milk N Honey (Tapas) and La Playa Azul Cafe (Mexican).
