Snorkel gear provided?

Does the excursion desk provide snorkel gear? Taking Explorer to Gustavia, St Barts, E Caribbean Leeward Sail excursion. RSSC description says: bring your own snorkel gear. Then later in paragraph says: snorkel gear will be provided. Does anyone know if ship lends (rents?) snorkel gear or how it works?

Regent does not have snorkel gear to rent or borrow. If you are going on a snorkel excursion, they will be provided for you on the boat.

The ShoreEx operators provide the equipment. While Regent maybe 5★, most of the snorkel tour operators are not. I always bring my own mask and tube but use their fins.

Only the Paul Gauguin, when it was a Radisson/Regent had their own equipment on the ship.
