POA Balcony Stateroom 9564 or 8690? Advice needed!

Hello! I am finalizing plans for my first cruise (on Pride of America) and am trying to choose between either balcony stateroom 9654 or 8690. Can someone tell me which would offer a better/less obstructed view?

On 9654 there are lifeboats two flights below, and I am wondering if this detracts from the view. Cabin 8690 is close to the back of the ship and I’m wondering if the view to the left would be obstructed/minimized.

Thanks for any advice you can share!

PS - I accidentally wrote the wrong room# in the heading. Sorry I can't figure out how to edit the heading, but I'm referring to 9654 and 8690. Thanks! :)

Here is a pic to help you decide. Portside is the right side to be on for

Na Palia Coast, if there is lava flow you will want starboard.

The life boats are set in some so it won't distract your view. As for 8690 you will have to decide on that one.
