Shock Jacques Tour Guide in Nice

We are looking for a guide in Monaco/Nice. I have come across a man named Jacques C. with "Tours by Locals.com."

His credentials seem great. However, I don't want to be shocked by Jacques as a tour guide (hence my title). Has anyone had experience with this gentleman?

Sometimes a lack of response is more compelling than an actual response.

No-one seems to know anything about this Cote d'Azure tour guide.

As no-one on the CC boards responded, I have decided not to hire Jacques C.
