Seoul tour guide or tour companies?

We (me, 20 year old and 16 year old kids) will be in Seoul for a few days and would like a knowledgeable person to guide us. Any recommendations? Or are there any good group tours?

With a few days in Seoul, you can see alot even if you do it on your own. Seoul is very easy to get around and is easy if you're on the adventurous side.

I don't have any specific recommendations for tour companies as it's been a few years since I lived there and did very little organized touring. Hanatour is a large travel/tour agency and they offer these types of trips, here's their website:

There is a HOHO type of bus system with english narration run by the city that you might be interested in. An all-day ticket is around $10. Here's a link:

Whatever you do, you might put Gyeongbokgung palace as one of your stops. They changing of the guard ceremony is colorful and interesting = they are in ancient costumes.

We were in Seoul in February. Jay Jung (jcube@happymize.com) at http://www.happymize.com picked us up at the pier in Inchon and drove up around Seoul. Articulate and personable. Only wish we were able to be in Seoul longer!
