Tipping guides/drivers on cruise tours?

Have been searching through posts and haven't found the info yet.. On the bus to port so no more time. Anyway we have been on a 5 night pre cruise tour in Alaska. Our director has arranged our all our tours, and the driver has loaded and unloaded all our bags at each hotel. What would be a reasonable tip? We have a family of five. We only did one optional excursion. Two more hours to port....Thanks!

According to a thread I found, "Princess recommends that you tip your Princess tour guide $5-7 per person per day at the end of the land tour." I'm assuming you're on a "Connoisseur Tour," where you've had the same guide and bus driver the whole time. When we took our cruise tour, we had several different drivers and reps.
