Had anyone been aboard the splendor? How is the spa?

We booked the spa stateroom and have read stories about equipment not working

Back from cruise. Food was better than most. Service was not. Seemed to be a lot of new people, incorrectly trained.Spa had a few repair issues. Was very relaxing . Not too crowded. Mens locker area had a sauna. There was never anyone there,or anything going on.All in all would give it a 7.
