Red October Souvenirs-?

Recommended Posts

We are not "shoppers" but would like some small momentos of our Baltic cruise. We are going with RO for St Petersburg and I notice that the first day we stop at their store. Anyone have opinions on quality/prices of items from the RO store versus other places we may visit? One person has said that the shop at the evening folkloric show had nice items at good prices. Any other thoughts out there?

Our RO guide stopped at another souvenir shop so we could use the rest rooms on the first day and they had better prices. The odd thing was that you could may the same marked amount in either Euros or Dollars, which was a 20% difference!

The RO shop had more variety and if you are buying just one or two things, I would not sweat the small price difference.
