Miami Excursion Info Needed

Our family will be arriving on RCCL Dec.23 in Miami. Since this isn't a usual stop(it should have been Key West), the excursion choice is very limited.

 

I'm looking to book some type of tour. Does anybody have an opinion on either the Duck Tour or the Queen River Boat? How about a guided Miami Tour?

 

what will the taxi from the port to South Beach be? There are 6 of us.
