Default Gambling in Casino

Now that I'm only 9 days from leaving Vancouver for the Inside Passage, it struck me! If we're in US waters, does that mean no gambling or will it be like the Carribean where the Casino is open outside of ports? Thanks.

The Casino is closed in port.

The casino is open during most of the sailing except closed in Glacier Bay.
