Best Beach for 3 year old?

What is the best beach for a 3 year old in Aruba? We need clean restrooms, easy access to get into the water, clean sand and some food. We don't want to spend too much on taxi or have to travel too far. Thanks!

Some will recommend Baby Beach but it is not close to the cruise terminal, thus an expensive taxi ride or long bus ride and there are only portapotties. ;)

Best beach with small children?

baby beach but a longer drive, otherwise palm beach near high rise area and moomba beach - marriott area
