Default Panama City by Motor Coach

Full day with lunch (at Mangoes?) included. Has anyone done it? Besides the bus ride, is it interesting, and is the food offered Panamanian so we'll get a little touch of something real? Also stops at Gatun locks on the way back to the ship in Colon. Only $78 right now.

Default Considering that one

I am also considering the Panama Motor Coach or Panama Canal by Train & bus. I was hoping someone had done one of those.
