Harmony Sea Pass

We need to print our Sea Pass but are unable to accomplish this until we download our pictures into the documentation.

We do not have capability to do this. Is there someway we can print the Sea Pass without a picture and instead have our picture taken at check-in.

We printed ours without a pic. Just skip that step and continue

You can print without a picture and they will just take a picture at the port. Make sure you print a separate set sail pass for each of you, there should be a print button beside each name.

Not sure why you can't print, my Mom was able to print hers without a picture uploaded.

Try calling the cruise line and ask them why you cannot print.
