Calories in fast food.

Hello to everyone.

Does anyone know a web site I can go on to tell me how many calories are in fast food items? Such as a roast beef sandwich from Arbys or McDonalds food. Right now I'm eating a lot of Subway's Turkey Sandwiches and to tell you the truth I really love them. Hey, I figured if Jared can do it so can I!! I just want to kind of keep up with all of the calories I'm taking in. Thanks.
