I'm up 1 lb. How I managed to stay the same on my 2 week vacation but gain 1 upon return, I don't get it.

We'll see what happens next week.

I find it hard to believe but I'm down a pound this week which makes 5 in the last month.:confused: When I told DH he said that I could do better which just makes me feel like forgetting the whole thing! Guess I'm an emotional eater, lol!

I weighed in today, lost 3lb this week, was hard work over Christmas but I had still had plenty of treats...chocolate and alcohol mainly but made sure I was VERY good the rest of the time! 31.5lb lost, 12 days til next cruise EEEEK
