Captains Club Savings Certificates

Can a Captains Club Savings be used after booking (last week) or is it restricted to new bookings only?

Is this an actual certificate or something else? If an actual paper in hand, it should spell out the features and restrictions of the deal. What is the offer?

They do seem to be fairly similar. My certificate does say "Only valid on new booking", although on Royal I know they were applied to my existing booking. To find them look on "Captains Club" then "Exclusive offers".

I think you have answered your own question.... If it says "new bookings only" then it is for new bookings only:)

We got credit for one last month...after we did our booking.

I sent the voucher to Celebrity and was rejected. It used to work. Now it seems that if you don't do it at the time of booking, you are out of luck.

You need to be logged into "My Celebrity" to see them.

We were logged on. Our on line TA asked us to do a cut and paste of the certifcate and send it to her, along with the offer number (appears in the box at the top of the page where the specific discounts are described).

She sent it off to Celebrity and we had our discount applied within days. No issue whatsoever.
