Captains Club Savings Certificates

Does X offer saving certificates similar to the ones RCCL has?

They do seem to be fairly similar. My certificate does say "Only valid on new booking", although on Royal I know they were applied to my existing booking. To find them look on "Captains Club" then "Exclusive offers".

I went on Captains Club, and did not see a way to access "exclusive offers". What am I missing?

You need to be logged into "My Celebrity" to see them.

We were logged on. Our on line TA asked us to do a cut and paste of the certifcate and send it to her, along with the offer number (appears in the box at the top of the page where the specific discounts are described).

She sent it off to Celebrity and we had our discount applied within days. No issue whatsoever.
