I would strongly suggest that you do the on line check in and get your Port Arrival Time (PAT). Whether you print the signature sheets (one for the contract, one financial) is really your choice. If you don't, they will be in your packet. And if you totally forget them, they can be reprinted at the terminal.

 

However, if you arrive at the terminal without a PAT, you're at the bottom of the heap for boarding unless you are concierge or platinum.

 

You will get a mailing that will include your luggage tags and any unprinted documents to be signed.
