Here's a bar menu from QM2. I guess the prices are current - it's on Cunard's website.

Prices vary by cruise line. You should post this question on the section for the line you will sail with

ball park figures:

wine runs about $7 /glass and up, based on bottle/vintage. Bottles tend to start at the $20 range

Beer can run a couple bucks cheaper( not counting any specials the specific line offers such as buckets/coolers and the like)

Mixed drinks , again, on par with most high end restaurants and most liens will have a daily special which you can either pay full price for and get the cheesy souvenir glass, or ask for it in a regular one and shave a buck or 2 off.

keep in mind that all such drinks will have a 15% gratuity automatically added

each line may also offer packages.. for instance we sail Royal and they have a three tier wine package you can order that can save quite a bit depending on what you typically order.

Here are some prices for Princess Cruises.
Go to http://hawaii.dmmarks.com
Click on "bar and specialty menus" in the contents.
Select the sub menu.

It costs about the same as a sandwich on land.

(Come on, give us a chance - which boat?)
