Wheelchair Accessible Excursions in Tortola and St Thomas

We have tried to book excursions through the cruise lines, but there seems to be a lack of options for manual wheelchair users that can't walk. We totally get that they have to accomodate the masses. Any suggestions for private excursions or things to do in Tortola and St Thomas besides shopping. This is our 3rd time to St Thomas and we've already done the butterfly house, the (really cool) aquarium, shopping and a semi-island tour to magens bay. This is our first time to Tortola. Thank you in advance for your suggestions. We are going in the month of December.
