Is it safe to drive and take pictures at the same time?

 

I'll put my skills in rural AZ at 5AM against any texting youngun any day!!! (Yes, I'm very careful I'm clear of vehicles before I attempt something like this).

 

We bought a teardrop yesterday!

Quite a sight this past Saturday as a very large flock of vibrant pink roseated spoonbills arrived and flew over the wetlands:

 

Note one white ibis flying with them wanted to pretend he was pink that day:

There were upwards of 40 of them, and I couldn't fit them all in to one shot with my big lens:

As some came down lower, I was able to use the long 600mm lens to get some nice closeups:
