Sea Side Terrace on Curacao? yes or no?

Has anyone eaten here on Curacao? It looks like a tiny place, but it says eat dinner with your toes in the water....I'm in search of EXCELLENT beach dining on Curacao, that's not going to cost us $200. (considering Baoase, I'm not completely sold yet, but hubby is. We CAN spend the money, IF it's worth it)
