The month is over so soon

Like it's gone before you finish a tune

 

Wish we could lose weight that fast

Seems like our weight wants to stay on till the last

 

Now the month of February is here

It only has 28 days my dears

 

So shorter time to lose pounds this time

So work hard and say pounds lost are mine

 

This month we have Sweet Valentine's Day

Have to be strong... No Candy we say

 

Remember...

Candy thru our Lips

Stays on our Hips

Belle - Thanks for the wonderful poem this morning. It is always a joy to read them each Thursday

 

Well I had a great week. I think im burning calories celebrating by doing the happy dance. I lost 3.8 lbs. I was not expecting that at all. I even made and ate Gumbo this week. I didnt exercise alot either, so I guess it was my body adjusting itself. No matter what, I will take it and celebrate.

 

Hope everyone is doing well. Im starting to get excited about my cruise. Its 17 weeks away all my plans are made its just wait until time to pack now.

Hi all!

 

Belle ~ oh yes Valentine's Day! I've already been eating a lot of chocolate & it shows!

 

I don't know what's going on with my darn scale but I had 4 different readings & I just changed the battery last week!:eek: Anyhow the one weight I got 5 times was 0.8 up from last week!

Jan ~ you were only half as bad as me!;)

Well I think I may have gotten started losing again. Down .5 to 154. Yea!

Eating lots of raw carrots. Taste great, are very filling, and best of all take forever to digest so keep your feeling full forever. Also solves the "I need something crunchy to eat" without going to chips.

I stayed the same. I am not surprised since my grandson had his birthday this week which included chinese food and ice cream cake. I am happy to stay the same and not gain.

Congrats to the losers and stay the samers.

Well for those of us in the US, how did you make out on Super Bowl Sunday? While we did not go to any parties, we did go to dinner at some friends house. I swear she cooked for an army and not just 6 people. I felt bad her having all that food and I was not eating alot. I did endulge in some steak and baked potatoe and a little cheese cake, but lord did she have food. Today im feeling sick. I just dont eat that much anymore.

Had loss's and just little gains and

good stay the samer's.

You know, you'd think spreading out a 6000 calorie pizza over a few days (birthday present to myself last week) wouldn't hurt too bad...

 

HAAAAAA!!! Back to it today, 198 - yuch.

 

Great to see all the successes, looking forward to joining that trend again here soon.
