Your cases should go under the bed(s). If not you can ask your steward to take them to store elsewhere. enjoy your cruise.

If by any chance your case won't go under the bed - unlikely - then open it out flat and you can use it to store dirty laundry or anything you won't need until you return home.

Not sure if all the beds are the same, but you can lift the bed by one corner, to slide the cases under. Its usually the frame that causes problems, and once you have the case past that you are OK.

Cant add anything to the suggestions you have been given, we are also on this cruise. We did the World cruise on Oriana in 2009 and loved every minute on board, this is our first time back on since then and I'm hoping that I'm not disappointed.
I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy your first cruise and will become 'hooked' as most people do.

Have a lot of fun in your first cruise. Dont worry for your luggage. Your will have space enought to keep it.
