In Caribbean do MSC stick to ship time or port time?

Just wondered as booking a private tour in Falmouth, Jamaica. Ship docks at 8am and leaves at 3pm according to the itinerary. Don't want to miss the tour, but really don't want to miss the ship!

WE changed clock on ship. I would not take private tour on Jamaica specially in such a short port time. Book ship tour trust me.

Thanks for the advice. We are just going river tubing and it is only about 20 mins away. Being picked up at 8.30 and back by 12 noon latest, so should be plenty of time. The ship don't do this tour on its own, but have it combined with other things we are not too interested in. Think we will be fine. If not, at least it is our last port, and we will have a few days to get back before out transatlantic.
