IAH Hotel with cruise parking

We are looking for a hotel close to IAH with free or low cost parking for our cruise next year. Any suggestions?

Why do you want to stay near IAH? It's 70 miles from Galveston and probably about 35 or 40 from Bayport. If you have a car, why not park at the port?

Margee & Bill (with us) are bringing the Liberty of the Seas to Galveston.

We will all fly to NY/Newark then sail into Galveston.

We all have cruised several times together so they know about Galveston and Houston and the airports.

We will probably fly out of Hobby instead of IAH due to the drive from Galveston. They are coming in from north Texas, so IAH is closer.

We will fly AA to build our points. We've used Homewood Suites, but would like something in a better area. I looked at Hampton Inn IAH and they have a fly,stay & park program, but it was not available on our last repo.
