Cost of Taxi from port to Miami Airport

Just wondering what the cost would be for 2 adults, 1 child and a ton of luggage from the port to the airport. Is it a fixed price or can the cabbies charge what they want?

Price is fixed at $20 per taxi plus tip in either direction.

A taxi from Fort Lauderdale airport to the pier in Miami will be about $65. If you go outside the baggage claim area there will be a kiosk for Tri-county Limo. They will give you a limo for $55 without a reservation if they have one available.

I just went on Airports wedsite and it says it is a flat fee of $21.00 plus tip. From the Airport to the Seaport/Cruise Ships.
