Carnival confirmation number

What does it look like? My TA gave me what she says is my CARNIVAL confirmation number so I could update profile etc., but it doesn't work.

A booking number will have 2 letters and 4 numbers in varying order. Some people on these boards that have had problems entering their number state that you must enter the letters in upper case.

Also, sometimes a "zero" will look like an "O" - and vise versa. Be sure to use capital letters.

I had problems with that also. i called carnival and gave them the number i had and ended up talking to technical services to get the number to work on the web site. I don't know if you were having problems with the web site of not.
