Pls tell me about a day room at Hyatt MCO

What do you do when you book a day room at the Hyatt MCO? Just thinking about ideas on if we'll take a late flight home the day our cruise ends or possibly stay overnight somewhere, possibly WDW. Thanks!

I did this with my daughter as flights coming west tend to be early evening. We checked in and then had lunch at the airport chilli's. We swam in the roof top pool then showered and relaxed in bed watching cartoons. Way better than sitting in the airport all day.
