Suomenlinna-Ferry

Suomenlinna ferry from market place--I have read that it leaves every 15 min, 40 min and 30 minutes. Does anyone know the correct answer. The HKL site wasn't too helpful.

I took it in July, and I believe it left twice an hour.

Nope...not that predictable! And some hours it left only once. So...best to check the schedule when boarding so you know when you can return.

We bought a group tourist ticket that works on the ferry as well as the trams.

It was 8 Euros if I recall right for two people. Single ticket is 5.50 Euros.

You can always amuse yourself at the market if there is a a wait for the ferry.

That is what we did. We went to the market for awhile first then went to see the schedule. We bought strawberries at the market and ate them on the Island. It was great! We also went to see Upenski Cathedral while we waited for the time for the ferry to leave.
