A friend of mine showed me a picture of a water park in St. Thomas. It was like a blow up thing on the ocean. Does anyone know where this might be? If not does St. Thomas have any kind of water park?

There is a small children's park with a water feature (kinda like a bunch of sprinklers) on Lindburgh Bay. Your description, though, sounds like an inflatable raft that people rent for special events.

I think the timeshares at Frenchman's Cove have such a thing on their beach.
I think Coral World may have had some inflatables as one of their attractions a few years ago, but I don't think they still offer them, and somebody tried it a few years ago at Emerald Beach/Lindberg Bay, but it never took off. The beach at Secret Harbor Resort has a jump off platform, and I think it's the only beach on St Thomas that has such a thing.
