Many thanks to those that have kept similar threads updated for the past several years.

This thread is for those who are interested in getting current information on ship personnel. Please copy and paste this list to a Word Pad document, print it out, take it on your cruise and fill it out (just ask anyone at the Front Desk where the pictures are) and then return the favor by copying and pasting to this thread. (Personally, I like to take photos of the photos, so I don't have to write anything down while I'm on a cruise. Then, when I'm back home, I'll refer to the photos when replying to this thread.)

Again, with the introduction of new mega ships from now through 2016, odds are great that staff will change.

Patrick is a great guy !! Low key and very very efficient ! I am sure you will like him.

Concierge Elvina will be leaving on vacation from the Jewel this Sunday and will be returning to the Breakaway after her vacation.

I see that NCL really put the "A" team on Getaway, same gang as they had on Breakaway last year. This great since I will be on Getaway this June.

We will be on the Gem in early February. I can tell you that Pearl will be the Concierge while Carlos is away for awhile. Never heard of Pearl, but hoping she will be good.. Carlos is a big act to follow, I understand!

Carlos was the best Concierge I've ever seen, bar none!! He goes out of his way to be helpful and checks with you personally on a daily basis to make sure you are having a wonderful vacation. He is a very big act to follow.

I am sorry we will miss having him! I understand that Pearl is the Casino Manager and is stepping in while he is on vacation. They must know what they are doing, but that sounds odd to me! Let's hope she is on her game as she will have many suites to oversee.

Nobody can completely replace Carlos. He's amazing and so fun! I hope he has a great vacation.

We had Carlos on the Gem and he was average in our opinion! He never went above and beyond....

On the Gem no with Carlos for the 2nd time. He is a very nice man. He is a very replaceable Concierge. Also Jenny is leaving on Monday but will return in 2 months to remain HD on the Gem

Interested in Gem for end of May. Three years ago on the Spirit Sylvia from Germany was the concierge and was wonderful. Anyone know where she is?

We had Virginia on the Dawn twice and loved her. Tell her what you want in the beginning and she will do everything in her power.:D
