Whittier precruise excursion

I have friends who are booked on the July 7 Sapphire SB cruise with the IB5 precruise land tour beginning in Fairbanks. The precruise land tour gets them to Whittier on 7/7 at noon. They would like to see College Fjord glacier. Does anyone know of an independant excursion that they could take in the afternoon and get them back to the ship before 7:30 Thanks

There are two vendors with likely space, for glacier tours, but not College Fjords, which is several glaciers. Phillips is the vendor to look at if you want any of the College Fjords, check out their route map.
