Hurtigruten Ships - Photo Tours

I've just put together a full photo tour of MS Midnatsol, which can be found here:

I thought this might be useful for anyone considering traveling with Hurtigruten. Over the following weeks/months I plan to add tours of all of the ships in the Hurtigruten fleet. Hope this helps :)

I've recently toured Trollfjord, and got a chance to look around the Owners Suites that I missed on Midnatsol - they really are lovely rooms.

I have spend 24 hours on board MS Vesteraalen and I agree with everything you say about it, particularly the awkward layout and slightly dated decor. However she has her particular charm and while I really wouldn't recommend her for a first-time Hurtigruten cruiser, I think I would now like to do a longer trip aboard, in order to get accustomed to the layout; I think the ship might grow on you. I really enjoyed her outdoor spaces and there must be great spots for Northern Lights watching.

MS Lofoten is my personal favorite ship of the fleet, and I know she has been submitted to some refurbishment this winter (after your pictures were taken) and I would love to see the extent of the modifications. I have seen pictures of the cafetaria (which has indeed been slightly modified) but not much about the other public areas and I wonder about the extent of the changes (if any). If you have the opportunity to go back on board and document this I would be really grateful.
