Shore Excursion with Toddlers

Hello,

We are traveling to St. Maarten on RCCL Freedom next month and I'm encountering difficulty selecting a shore excursion (I'm not married to booking one through RCCL.) I have two children, ages 4 & 6. My 4 year old doesn't meet the minimum height requirement for many of the "fun" excursions that we would like to take. To complicate matters, both children often get motion sickness when in a car or on a small boat for a long period of time. Any recommendations that don't include the butterfly farm? (We just visited one) Thanks in advance!:)
