Crowne Plaza ...nearest place to buy wine?

Just wondering if anyone can offer advice on the closest place (hopefully walking distance) to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Seattle to buy wine? TIA :D

The STATE LIQUOR stores are no longer; you can buy wine at any grocery store, drug store, etc. There is no shortage of places to buy wine downtown. Your hotel can direct you to the CLOSEST place, or you can price a few options as you walk around,

Most large grocery stors dedicate a full aisle, if not two to wine selections. ALso available in grocery stores are hard liquors and beers.

Is there a grocery store near the Pike Public Market or can you purchase bottles of wine while inside the Market? We're staying one night pre-cruise at the Inn at The Market downtown and don't want to walk very far (bad knees). TIA for any info.

There are several locations within the Market to buy wine.

As you leave the Inn, walk downhill on Stewart for about 1/2 block and you're at Pike Place. Take a right on Oike place and go 1/2 block and you're at the 'original' Starbucks, go another 1/2 block to Virginia and you'll see the Pike and Western Wine Shop. OR, take a left at Pike Place and you'll find DeLaurentis italian Market about a block away.

I stayed at the Inn for a wedding in the spring; really enjoyed it... nice rooms, helpful staff, the rooftop terrace provides outstanding views.

All of the supermarkets sell wine and liquor.

Walk down to Pikes.
